What We Do

Projects + manages the owner's interests in the local market. Working with brand specialists, architects, interior designers, suppliers, contractors, quantity surveyors and the operations team, we guarantee delivery of the final product consistent with the design brief, the schedule, and the budget.

Who We Are

Company Principal Scott Gorsuch Ph.D. brings fifteen years of hands-on experience in managing the planning, construction, and opening of high-end hotels and resort grade residences in SE Asia.

A detail oriented manager with an eye for design, he specializes in bringing to fruition both the architect's vision and the owner's operational concept.

With experience in both construction and hotel operations, Scott is uniquely qualified to transform drawings and budgets into a bespoke guest experience.
